IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • What should my child wear?
    Due to the nature of activities we will be participating in, we recommend sending your child in clothing that you do not mind getting dirty or stained. Closed toed shoes are required. We also encourage your child wear a hat and/or sunscreen, as we spend much of the day outside.
  • What should my child bring with them to class?
    We will provide all materials needed, but we do recommend your child come with a backpack or bag of some sort, as there will often be projects that your child will bring home. Please send your child with their own water bottle, healthy snacks, and a lunch. Since we spend much of our time outside, we also recommend sending your child with any clothing items that would be appropriate based on the weather, ie. a hat, a raincoat, a warm jacket, etc. If there is anything else we need your child to bring at any point, we will email you in advance.
  • Can I sign up in the middle of a semester?
    Yes! As long as we have openings, you are welcome to join us mid-semester for a pro-rated price.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We take cash, check, Venmo (@gatheredoakfarm), or Zelle. If you would like to pay with a credit card, there is an additional processing fee.
  • Do you require parent volunteering?
    No! We understand the need that many parents have for a complete drop-off program that does not require parents to participate. That being said, we are also happy to have parents join us if you would like to help out. If you are interested in volunteering, just let us know, and we will get you set up with volunteering opportunities.
  • Is your program secular?
    Yes.
  • Are you a vendor for any Charter Schools
    Yes! We are a vendor with Pacific Coast Academy, Mission Vista Academy, Cabrillo Point Academy, Elite Academic Academy, and Compass Charter Schools.
